CELEBRATION CAKES WORKSHOP!

What's a celebration without a good cake? Everyone's eyes are upon the cake in every celebration and a good cake will be spoken about and remembered by everyone. Learn to make such eye-pleasing, delicious cakes with Latha's Culinary Journey!

Things you will learn in this workshop:
* How to bake perfect moist sponge cakes.
* understand the concept of flavour pairing.
* achieve sharp edged finishing in your cakes.
* decorate with simple and effective methods like drips, garnishes, combed finishes etc
