This year marks the 12th International Day of Yoga (IDY) with the theme " Yoga for Healthy Ageing", which emphasises the importance of Yoga for all ages. Students from grades 6 to 12 participated in the Mass Yoga Demonstration guided by the school's yoga instructor, Ms.Gayathri. The demonstration started with prayer, followed by Surya Namaskar, super brain yoga, all-joint exercises, and asanas like Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Uttkatasana, Bhujangasana, and Salabhasana. The event concluded with a meditation session and samana mudra.

"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self." β€” The Bhagavad Gita. Let's age gracefully and healthily through Yoga!
