Hiring: Marketing Manager – Convention Centre
Location: KG Chavadi,Coimbatore
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
Languages Preferred: English, Tamil, Malayalam (Fluency Required)
Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead promotional and booking activities for our convention centre. The ideal candidate will be passionate about event marketing, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable with both digital and field marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for promoting the convention centre’s services.
• Meet with corporate companies, schools, colleges, and university officials to secure training programs, seminars, and conferences.
• Handle bookings for marriages, family functions, social gatherings, and public events.
• Generate leads and convert them into confirmed bookings through follow-ups and client interaction.
• Conduct digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Coordinate and participate in field visits to promote the venue directly to potential customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the event, hospitality, or venue management sectors.
• Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be willing to travel within the region for business development.
• Candidates from Coimbatore or Palakkad preferred.
• Fluency in English, Tamil, and Malayalam is a must.
