At Ré we work together to impart and enhance research culture in our institution KCT. Our main aim is to bring out students to take up research, to convert their ideas to reality. We will guide students for patenting and will be assisting them with mentors, equipment and a place to work on their ideas. This research wing of KCT will provide a new platform for KCTians to seek and find science and technology.

This International Women's Day, we are celebrating and rejoicing the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women all over the world and those, who are unsung.
We should celebrate women's achievements and their innovations, because their ideas are always suppressed and controlled.

Research is not only meant to be pursued in English but also in your own Mother tongue. A child's mother tongue is the first language he or she hears after birth, and it helps mould our sentiments and thoughts. Other critical thinking skills, second language learning, and literacy abilities also benefit from learning in the mother tongue, which can pave way for research.

Over decades, levels of science, technology, engineering and mathematics have seen a significant gender gap. To make women and girls empowered in these fields, the UN has declared February 11 as 'International Day of Women and Girls in Science'
