Olympiad Winners
Isha Vidhya Coimbatore students competed in the first round of the inter-school Olympiad contest at Nehru College, alongside over 2,500 students from CBSE and international schools. Sixty-seven made it to the final round.
Three determined Isha Vidhya students came away with prizes in Computer Science and Cyber Security and were among the top ten contestants.

Traditional Day Celebrations
In a change from the routine, LKG students at Isha Vidhya Coimbatore wore traditional attire to school. Learning to create the customary thoranam and kolam, playing uriyadi and other exciting games, and relishing traditional snacks made the day educational, fun, and memorable.

Winning Ideas
This year, 14 Isha Vidhya contestants won a certificate and a cash prize of Rs. 10,000 for their innovative ideas at INSPIRE-MANAK{*}, conducted by the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India. They competed at the national level with 11.47 lakh students and were among 2,336 winners from Tamil Nadu.
They will now utilize the prize money to create prototypes of their ideas and compete at the next level.

Bird Watching
For a week, class 8 students from Isha Vidhya Coimbatore stepped into the forests surrounding the Isha Yoga Center at dawn for guided bird-watching sessions. They learned to use binoculars, observe birds in their natural habitat, and record their colors, calls, feeding habits, and flight patterns. More importantly, they discovered the value of patient observation, the importance of conserving natural habitats, and what it means to be responsible towards the environment. For Lohitha, this was a novel experience. Watching birds up close sparked a deeper curiosity and a newfound appreciation for Mother Nature.
