When used under multiplication concept it is called as Factors and under divisibility concept as Divisors.
Eg.,
10 =1 x10;2 x5;5 x2; 10x1
Factors are two numbers used to multiply to get the given number.
Here the Factors of 10 are 1,2,5,10

Divisors are numbers which divide the given number to give an integer and leave a remainder 0.
Here the Divisors of 10 are 1,2,5,10
