Phoenix 2022 - University Interdepartmental Cultural Meet
Winning is fun. It is not the championship, but the consecutive championships won. And the point was not giving it up. Phoenix - The Grand University Fest is always the most awaited event for every Student in their University days. The overflowing crowd, loud sounds, dance, music and our people. Phoenix is a undoubtedly a VIBE. Many thanks to Dr. Anbazhagan and Team. Only you can do it. This year it came unlikely as an eleventh hour call for competitions, in the middle of numerous other academic orientations. Of course, things stood a chance. Last minute choreography, the long hours of song mixing, costume hunt, late evening rehearsals - it was not an easy pursuit in the stripulated time. But our Students could make it all. History repeated itself in its 8th year. May be that is why English Department is always challenged, yet English Department is addressed as the model University Department. This year’s championship is *dedicated* to our Honourable Vice Chancellor who held his faith upon us and relentlessly stood for us in all the thick and thin of times This year’s championship is undoubtedly, an *ode* to all our former leaders and champions who opened us the path and shown us that winning is always possible, even when it is not. We are unstoppable. This may sound like bragging. But in the end, nothing succeeds like success and *8* is not a bad number afterall, and hence counting on with all your love and support..
