What is the best thing that can happen for a Trainer? Getting paid on time? of course. But there are occasions which supersede that for sure. It happened to me during the Latest module of MRHFL Customer Managers Training.
At 330 on Friday 7th, i was in full swing taking the trainers to the intricacies of listening and there came the knock on the door. i thought my evening coffee is announced by the Staff. But when i opened the door, there was Two young men whom i trained way back in October 2017. I called them in and introduced them to the others and asked them to share their experiences.
To my surprise, both started thanking and praising me and informed that both were recently promoted to the next level for the very good work in the field. It was little embarrassing to here somebody praising me, in my presence, but it happened. Then they shared their experiences as well to the team.
Of course, money is what we work for, but there are times that moisten your eyes, when somebody thank you profusely that the knowledge imparted was useful to take them to higher position in their career. Was it a coincidence, that it happened in the Teachers Day week? I don't know. Sree Gurubhyo namah. Thank you my gurus, here i reflect what you have given me earlier.
