GRG School of Management Studies organised and successfully completed the Zoho Spark Hands-on Training Programme for second-year MBA students pursuing domain electives in Marketing, Human Resources and Operations, from August 10 to August 13, 2026.

The domain-focused training covered:
🔹 Marketing: Zoho CRM
🔹 Human Resources: Zoho People and Zoho Recruit
🔹 Operations: Zoho Projects and Zoho Sprints

Through guided demonstrations and practical exercises, students gained first-hand experience in customer relationship management, HR processes, recruitment workflows, project planning, task allocation, milestone tracking, team collaboration and agile project ex*****on.

The hands-on sessions helped students connect their domain knowledge with real-time business applications. The programme strengthened their practical skills, technological readiness, problem-solving abilities and understanding of industry workflows.

CXO TALK | Customer Experience as a Competitive Advantage

The Industry Relations, GRG School of Management Studies, organised a CXO Talk on “Customer Experience as a Competitive Advantage” on 12 August 2026.

The session was delivered by Mr. S. Yuvaraj, Assistant Vice President – Sales, TNCD LLP (KG Group of Companies), an industry professional with over 23 years of experience in sales leadership and customer relationship management.

Mr. Yuvaraj explained how customer experience has evolved from a support function into a powerful business strategy. He highlighted the complete customer journey—from awareness and purchase to delivery, support and long-term loyalty.

Using practical examples from leading brands, the session explored customer experience versus customer service, the pillars of CX excellence, customer touchpoints, service recovery, trust, communication, AI, predictive analytics and hyper-personalisation.

A key takeaway was that while products, prices and technology can be replicated, the way an organisation makes its customers feel is difficult to copy.

The interactive session enabled MBA students to connect classroom concepts with industry practices and understand how exceptional customer experiences contribute to customer loyalty, brand advocacy and sustainable business growth.

GRG School of Management Studies, PSGR Krishnammal College for Women, successfully hosted a CXO Talk on "Succeeding in the Era of Technological Change" on 23 July 2026.

The session featured Mr. Raja Subramanian, Managing Director, Poorna Technology Consulting, and Mr. Ravikumar Subbiah, Founder & Principal IT Consultant, Transfig Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd., who shared valuable insights from their extensive industry experience.
