VIMS in association with ICT Academy, successfully organized a Five-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) from 4th May to 8th May 2026.
The programme commenced with the Presidential Address delivered by Dr. A. Valarmathi, who highlighted the importance of continuous learning, skill enhancement, and professional development in the academic domain.
Ms. K. Meenakshi Muralidharan, BFSI Trainer, ICT Academy served as the Resource Person for the FDP and conducted highly informative sessions focusing on practical aspects of Income Tax Return filing, covering ITR-1 to ITR-7. The sessions provided participants with hands-on training, real-time demonstrations, and in-depth insights into taxation procedures and financial compliance requirements.
More than 30 participants benefited from the FDP, gaining valuable practical exposure and enhanced professional competencies in the area of taxation and financial reporting. The programme was highly informative, interactive, and well appreciated by all the attendees.
