In the Industrial Era, standardization made systems easier.
But in today’s world, personalization unlocks potential.

The future of education is not “One-size-fits-all.”
It is understanding how each child learns best.

• Think independently

Once upon a time, silence created disciplined factory workers.
Today, curiosity creates innovators.

கேள்விகள் கேட்கும் குழந்தைகளை அமைதிப்படுத்தாமல்…
அவர்களின் சிந்தனையை வளர்க்க வேண்டும்.

“மனப்பாடம் இன்னும் புத்திசாலித்தனமாக பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.”

வேகமாக மனப்பாடம் செய்யும் குழந்தை “smart” என்று அழைக்கப்படுகிறது…
ஆழமாக கேள்விகள் கேட்கும் குழந்தை “distracted” என்று பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.

பல ஆண்டுகளாக,
நமது கல்வி முறை answers நினைவில் வைத்திருப்பதற்கு அதிக மதிப்பு கொடுத்தது…
ஆனால் ideas புரிந்துகொள்வதற்கு அல்ல.

But the future will not belong to students who only repeat information.
It will belong to students who can:
• Think critically
• Solve problems
• Connect ideas
• Create new possibilities

AI மற்றும் infinite information நிறைந்த உலகில்,
education மனப்பாடத்தில் முடிந்து விடக்கூடாது.

தமிழ்நாட்டின் அடுத்த கல்வி புரட்சி —

நேற்றைய உலகிற்கான கல்வி அல்ல…
நாளைய உலகிற்கான கல்வி தேவை.

We are currently in an educational “Tug-of-War.”

On one side:
Industrial Era learning —
Standardization. Silence. Memorization.

On the other side:
Information Era learning —
Creativity. Critical thinking. Self-learning.

The world has changed.
Technology has changed.
Careers have changed.
But much of education still prepares students for a world that no longer exists.

The question is:
Which side are we pulling our children towards?

தமிழ்நாட்டின் கல்வி முறை இன்னும் பல இடங்களில் 1956-இல் சிக்கிக் கிடக்கிறது.

இன்றும் நாம் மதிப்பெண்களைத் துரத்திக்கொண்டிருக்கிறோம்…
ஆனால் கற்றலின் அடுத்த படிக்கட்டுக்கு இன்னும் முழுமையாக நகரவில்லை.

Education should evolve with time.
But much of our system still rewards memorisation more than understanding.

தமிழ்நாட்டின் அடுத்த கல்வி புரட்சி —
மனப்பாடத்திலிருந்து புரிதலுக்கு நகர வேண்டும்.

Education is not just about marks.
It is about building thinkers, creators, problem-solvers, and responsible human beings.

Tamil Nadu has always been a leader in education.
Now it is time to lead the future of education too.

We hope to see:
• Concept-based learning
• Life skills & critical thinking
• Technology-integrated classrooms
• Teacher empowerment
• Equal opportunities for every child

A stronger education system builds a stronger Tamil Nadu.

நெடுங்காலமாக மாற்றமின்றி தொடரும் நமது கல்வி பயிலும் முறை,
“மாற்றம் ஒன்றே மாறாதது” என்ற கூற்றையே கேள்விக்குறியாக்குகிறது!

மாணவர்களின் சிந்தனை, திறன், படைப்பாற்றல் மற்றும் வாழ்க்கைத் திறன்களை மையமாகக் கொண்ட புதிய கல்வி மாற்றம் காலத்தின் அவசியம்.

தமிழக கல்வியில் ஒரு புதிய பாதையை எதிர்நோக்குகிறோம்.
