* As a part of the branch Banking team, Customer Service Officers(CSOs) are responsible for providing over-the- counter service to fulfill the needs of existing as well as potential customers.

* CSO's are required to identify and handle sales opportunities, process customer transactions quickly & amp; efficiently and introduce customers to alternate channels wherever possible.
