The Department of Education, School of Education, Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women, successfully organized the Inauguration of the Leadership Training Program on 22 September 2026 at the Multipurpose Hall, School of Education.

The programme commenced with a Welcome Address by Mrs. S. Andal, HoD (i/c), Department of Education. The Inaugural Address was delivered by Dr. H. Indu, Registrar (i/c) and Professor & Dean, School of Education, who shared valuable insights on the qualities of effective leaders and the leadership traits essential for personal and professional success.
