NCC – INAUGURATION CEREMONY

The NCC Inauguration Ceremony at Islamiyah Matriculation Higher Secondary School unfolded with exceptional splendour and ceremonial gravitas on 5th December, 2025.
The occasion marked a momentous stride in the institution’s pursuit of cultivating discipline, leadership and national consciousness among its students.
The event was presided over by the Correspondent, Dr. C. A. Abdul Hakkim, whose enlightened stewardship continues to elevate the institution’s stature and vision. His presence bestowed an aura of distinction upon the ceremony.
The programme attained greater eminence with the august presence of the Chief Guest, Captain Bhagaraj M, Officer Commanding, 6 (TN) Med Coy NCC, Coimbatore. A distinguished exemplar of military discipline and leadership, his inspiring address resonated with ideals of courage, integrity and service to the nation, leaving a profound impact on the gathering.
Adding further distinction to the ceremony were the Special Invitees from the 6 (TN) Med Coy NCC, Army Wing, Coimbatore: Jr Commissioned Officer (Subedar) A. Tamilarasan, Non-Commissioned Officer (Havildar) Sao Paresh and Captain Gyaneshwar.
Their esteemed presence embellished the occasion with military dignity and strengthened the spirit of collaboration between the school and the National Cadet Corps.
The ceremony was further adorned by the esteemed members of the Islamic Educational Trust - Mr. P. S. Umar Farook (Vice Chairman), Mr. A. Shabbir Ahmed (Secretary), Mr. K. A. Syed Ibrahim (Treasurer), Mr. A. Syed Riyazudeen (Joint Secretary)
Their dignified presence reflected the Trust Members’ steadfast commitment to fostering excellence and character among the student community.
The Principal, Dr. W. Sasikala Rani, and the Vice Principal, Mrs. Roshan Banu, graced the event with their poised leadership and unrelenting dedication towards academic and institutional advancement. Their presence added refinement and prestige to the occasion.
The ceremonial inauguration of the NCC Unit stood as the pinnacle of the programme - a symbolic genesis of a noble endeavour that will nurture cadets of honour, resilience and patriotic fervour. The unveiling of this unit heralded a new epoch of discipline and leadership within the portals of Islamiyah MHSS.
The ceremony concluded in an atmosphere imbued with pride, inspiration and institutional unity. The Management, Staff, Students and Members of the Islamic Educational Trust expressed profound gratitude to all dignitaries for ennobling the event with their esteemed presence.
