Photography is part of the evolution of the human desire to capture and express life; since the earliest days of artistic expression and documentation in the form of cave paintings, humans have been attempting to capture and record life around themselves in various formats, including drawing, painting, sculpting, writing and photographing.
Students visited and documented the proposed site for the design of a photography campus at Alamaramedu, Anaikatti as a part of their 3rd semester major design problem The centre for the impassioned eye.

They have documented the site and observed it's features and has done an architectural site analysis for the same.

The documentation include photographic documentation as well as graphic presentation through sketches.

An interactive lecture on Photography basics and importance of lighting in photography and architecture by ANUSHA ASOKAN, a renowned photographer and a cinematographer.

RCC CONSTRUCTION WORKSHOP

Lecture was based on SERC structures and designing with concrete. The lecture was given by renowned and very well experienced architect Prof.J.Subramaniam. Students were able to understand about the knowledge in building material and construction.
