Training non technical graduates on agriculture and bring them to the level of advisors to the farming community

Job Details:

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY

1. Developing content for all Agri training modules

2. Training all the stake holders of Agri retail business

3. Understand business needs and participant needs

II. NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION

Environment of the position and functions/services provided:

BASF India Limited- Agronomist
Bachelors or a Masters degree in Agronomy or equivalent

• Must know Tamil and English (Tamil compulsory)

job-
Meet farmers within the isolation distance and explain agronomic practices for different renumerative crops with a view to move them away from growing paddy.

• Should have experience in extension activities involving the farming community.

• Work in close connection with the BASF AP collegues to promote the samrudhi scheme to all the farmers being contacted.

• To inform BPS team of any incident which could pose a potential compliance issue
