We visited Isha Yoga while we were in India which was so special and so unexpected to be surrounded in such purposeful and considered architecture and facilities geared up for spiritual growth. I’m looking forward to checking out their free webinars being offered and I thought I’d share this with you. Namaste

Hika, home tonight after spending the most amazing 42 days immersed in the Indian philosophy of Ayurveda.
We have thanked those that made this possible for our group to travel across to India.
This morning( or maybe it was yesterday morning) we had our farewell karakia and mihi, with our Whanau from AVP, Thankyou Thankyou all.
We are all safe back in Aotearoa, after practically running off the Coimbatore flight to catch our flight to Singapore😀.

An overview of our amazing life changing 40 days learning Ayurveda in South India. Today we graduated with a Ayurveda & Allied Sastra Advanced Course. A massive Thank you to Te Whare Wananga o Awanuiarangi, The Prime Ministers scholarship to Asia, The Giles Brooker Group and AVP Academy for making this incredible opportunity possible.
