Mary, Mother of God, the Truth
Reflection:
In John 14:6, Jesus declares, “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” When we reflect on His truth, we see that His entire life was a testament to living and witnessing the truth. Those who embraced and were inspired by His truthfulness found themselves uplifted and transformed. In this light, it is fitting to honor Mary as the Mother of the Truth, for she is the mother of Jesus, who is Truth itself.
Application:
As beloved children of God, we are called to live truthfully in all that we do. By embracing truthfulness in our lives, we too can be uplifted, just as Mary was exalted. Let us resolve to live in such a way that we may earn the title, "[Your Name], Child of God, the Truth."
Prayer:
Loving Lord, as I step into 2025, I ask for your grace to live truthfully in every moment of my life. Help me to reflect your truth and love as your faithful child. Amen.

Each of these bible verses has a rationale. May God bless us and keep us because without His blessings we can't exist. May God let His face shine on us and be gracious to us because we will left clueless without His grace and inspiration. May God show us his face and bring us peace because our lives will be a mess without Him.
The measure you give will be the measure you get. Hence, we need to pray for everyone with these words of blessings: May God bless you and keep you; May God let His face shine on you and be gracious to you; May God show you His face and bring you peace.
Let us pray:
Dear Lord, I pray that more people be blessed by glorifying you during this year. Amen.

Walking in God's truthfulness starts with our conscience and intention. There are lots of chances of people misusing our truthfulness. We land up in a situation where we tend to react as we don't like to be taken for granted. God's truthfulness brings in greater rewards but there is a waiting period. We implore God's blessings to encourage us to remain truthful during this waiting period.
Let us pray:
Dear Lord, ENCOURAGE me to walk in your truth for your greater glory. Amen.

God strengthens those who struggle from the mighty. There is nothing wrong with being owner or rich or mighty. When we act unjustly to our subordinates and make them suffer, God breaks our strong points.
We should always remember that God is almighty and we are all His subordinates. If we understand that all that we have (the bow, the power or the strength) is from God, we automatically treat everyone well.
Let us pray:
Dear Lord, Thank you for being such a loving mighty God to be reciprocated in my life. Amen.

God loves us so much that He cannot let us suffer misfortune and disgrace always. When we are convinced of God's plan for us and how He wants us to stand up for His kingdom, then the battle is not ours, but Him. God takes away our misfortune and we no longer have to face disgrace.
So, we need to find what plans God has for us. Kingdom values are basics to understand God's plan. We find them all in the Bible. We need to align our lives according to the teachings of the gospel.
Let us pray:
Dear Lord, I look forward to living a life without disgrace. Amen.

The greatest happiness is to realize that God is with us all the time. This is the greatest favour we should enjoy. God does not leave us alone to suffer humiliation, shame, and disgrace. He goes through every situation along with us.
Here is the advantage of God's presence with us. God has better means and ways to fight or deliver us from any situation we are in. We need to sincerely allow Him. Unfortunately, we tend to head up before Him not realising that He is with us.
Let us pray:
Dear Lord, I'm happy and grateful that you are with me always. All glory and honour be to you. Amen.

There are two key aspects to consider regarding humiliation. Firstly, it becomes increasingly painful over time; until then, we often view it as a catalyst for growth. Secondly, God neither humiliates His people nor desires their humiliation.
God rescues His people from shame and humiliation, though there might be a time delay. The longer the waiting period, the better is His reward. We just have to thank God for suffering with us when we are humiliated. Simultaneously, we must strive to overcome such situations as we can't let God suffer humiliation along with us.
Let us pray:
Dear Lord, thank you for all the moments you lifted me from humiliation. Amen.

The life of Jesus instills hope, assuring us of God's presence. Our belief in His constant presence should make us joyful believers, always rejoicing in Him. Joy signals God's presence in our lives. Believing that God is with us alleviates worry, anxiety, and fear of the future. His plans surpass ours; our duty is to joyfully embrace them.
Let us pray:
Dear Lord, increase my faith so that I may live every moment joyfully, knowing that You are and will always be with me. Amen.

It is God's will that we experience happiness and joy. However, daily worries often disrupt our union with God, and we tend to forget Him in moments of happiness. True maturity in our connection with God involves remembering Him not only in trouble but also in joy.
When we acknowledge that every happy moment is a gift from God, not by our own efforts, we dedicate and surrender those moments to Him. Let's make it a practice to thank God during moments of happiness.
Let us pray:
Dear Lord, thank you for everything, especially the happy and victorious moments that wouldn't have been possible without You. Amen.

We often fail to recognize and treat God's messengers appropriately, as we tend to view them solely through a religious lens. Understanding God's messengers requires aligning with Kingdom values.
We often attempt to identify God's messengers based on criteria such as their Christian affiliation, marital status, piety, or prophetic nature. True messengers, however, embody Kingdom values. Our response to God's teachings determines our understanding.
Let us pray:
Dear Lord, help us to accept Your teachings from anyone, recognizing that they are all created by You to carry a message to the world. Amen.

God is good, all the time. He's so good that He has better plans than us. The problem is, that we don't know what is His plan for us. We don't know what his teachings are.
God's teachings are found in our life experiences, validated by the kingdom values in the Bible. Firstly, we need to submit to God all our daily experiences and ask God what He means from those experiences in prayer. Secondly, find answers from the holy scripture.
Let us pray:
Dear Lord, Thank you for teaching and leading me with so much of love and grace. Amen.
