ASBM MBA Orientation 2026: A Transformative Beginning to the Journey of Future Business Leaders (Corporate Hi Tea and Socialisation Event)
Adithya School of Business Management ASBM, Coimbatore, successfully conducted its MBA Orientation Programme 2026 from 23 July to 31 July 2026, offering an immersive and transformational learning experience for the newly admitted MBA students.
The program was inaugurated by Dr. N. Karunamoorthi, Founder, WindPlus Group, who inspired the students with his entrepreneurial journey and encouraged them to embrace innovation, resilience, and lifelong learning. The event was presided over by Er. C. Sukumaran, Chairman, Adithya Institutions, who motivated the students to make the most of the opportunities provided by ASBM and strive for excellence with integrity and purpose. The Managing Truestees spectated the program.
The orientation featured a series of carefully curated sessions by distinguished academicians and industry leaders:
Dr. Fredricks John, GCC Advisor, shared valuable insights on global career opportunities and the competencies required for success in an international business environment.
Mr. Low Jiun Jack, Axon Consultancy Sdn Bhd, Malaysia, conducted an engaging session on Personality Development, emphasizing confidence, communication, and professional etiquette.
Mr. Prasidh Prasath energized the students through interactive Management Activities and Leadership Training, fostering teamwork, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Dr. D. Visaga moorthi delivered an inspiring session on "Sharpen the Saw," encouraging students to pursue continuous personal and professional development.
Dr.Sundarapandiyan Natarajan, Professor and Director, conducted an inspiring session titled "A Day to Honour and Inspire", presenting remarkable success stories that motivated students to dream bigger and achieve greater heights. He also led the Academic Orientation, introducing students to ASBM's distinctive MBA curriculum, experiential learning model, industry-integrated certifications, co-curricular initiatives, international collaborations, and career development opportunities.
Dr. P. Vikkraman, Professor and Director (Research), facilitated a thought-provoking session on "Know Yourself," enabling students to explore self-awareness and identify their strengths for leadership development.
Mrs. S. Krishnaveni and Mr R Lakshmikanth provided a comprehensive orientation on Business Analytics, highlighting the growing significance of analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making in today's corporate world.
A major highlight of the orientation was the two-day outbound leadership programme, conducted by the School of Leadership. The experiential programme strengthened collaboration, resilience, trust, and leadership capabilities among the students while creating memorable learning experiences. The orientation programme was meticulously coordinated by the faculty team.
