ASBM MBA – International Shark Tank Business Plan Contest 2026

Adithya School of Business Management ASBM, Coimbatore, proudly organized the Start-up Business Plan Presentation, ASBM Shark Tank: International Business Plan Contest 2026 on 06 May 2026, under the banner of the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development Cell (IEDC) in association with its international partners.

The event served as an inspiring platform for aspiring student entrepreneurs to transform innovative business ideas into practical startup ventures. A remarkable 53 business plans reached the final review phase, showcasing creativity, market understanding, innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurial passion among the MBA students.

The session was evaluated by an eminent panel of industry experts and entrepreneurs who shared valuable insights, practical suggestions, and motivational feedback to strengthen the students’ entrepreneurial mindset and business vision.

The event was graciously supported by our respected Chairman Er. C. Sukumaran, and the Managing Trustees Mr. S. Praveen Kumar and Dr. Srinidhi Praveen Kumar.

Expert Panel Highlights

Dr. Arul Rajan shared that Entrepreneurship begins with clarity of purpose and the courage to execute ideas consistently. Appreciated the students on their efforts and insightful live start up initatives.

Mr Mohit Vij, Director of Finance & Operations, Bakers Product India, appreciated the students for demonstrating excellent creativity and market-oriented thinking that can evolve into scalable business ventures.

Mr. Ashok kumar T, Branch Manager (OPPO TN), FRQ BRO Pvt Ltd, highlighted that strong presentation skills combined with practical innovation can create impactful startups in today’s competitive market.

Mr. Ramkumar A, Managing Partner, Rithvik Pipe Company, shared that several ideas reflected real business potential and, with proper mentoring, these young entrepreneurs can build successful enterprises.

Mr. Omprakash D, Founder & Managing Director, Mahaas Dairy Products, appreciated the passion and confidence displayed by the students, reflecting the emergence of future business leaders.

The session was successfully facilitated by the faculty team, Dr.Sundarapandiyan Natarajan, Dr. D. Visaga moorthi, and Dr P Vikkraman. The expert panel highly appreciated and the interaction created a real-time entrepreneurial ecosystem where students gained industry exposure, startup guidance, and strategic business insights.

The competition truly reflected ASBM’s commitment towards nurturing innovation, startup culture, leadership, and experiential management learning.

The session became truly meaningful through the inspiring interaction with our respected Chairman, C. Sukumaran, Chairman of Adithya Institutions and Managing Director of Adithya Group of Companies.
