Judges are humans too and need to understand the importance of managing and regulating emotions.
This is what was highlighted and explained to them during the one day workshop at Coimbatore for Family Court Judges organized by Tamilnadu State Judicial Academy.

The focus was on the need to understand our own thoughts and emotions and behaviours and how the same impacts others.

Also what was explained during the session was how one can manage work related stress by learning to manage emotions effectively.

The attempted transfer of knowledge happened through activities and discussions on real life situations and through stories that were thought-provoking and which can help bring in more peace, harmony and improve decision making in both personal and professional lives.
Gratitude to Hon'ble Justice V.Lakshminarayanan and Hon'ble Dr. Justice G.Jayachandran for their presence and proactive participation during the session.

It's now time to share my learnings gained out of my experiences and knowledge with everyone.
