We were delighted to host Prasiddhi Singh for an insightful and engaging session with learners. Her interaction struck a thoughtful balance between reflection and dialogue, encouraging learners to think critically and articulate their perspectives with confidence. Drawing from real life experiences, meaningful anecdotes, and open discussions, she guided learners to explore themes of self awareness, empathy, and effective communication. The session fostered a safe space for questions, opinions, and honest exchange, which the learners embraced with enthusiasm. Her visit added depth to our academic journey and left learners inspired, reflective, and motivated to engage more consciously with themselves and the world around them.

Our EY1 learners explored the Feelings Card activity where each Ruh'ler connected their emotions to a colour, expressing how every feeling carries its own shade. As they blended these colours together, they discovered that just like their artwork, we too carry many emotions within us, all woven together to make us who we are.

Our Grades 1 to 3 learners at Ruh celebrated the festival with devotion and joy by moulding their own eco friendly Ganesh idols out of clay. The hands on activity was all about learning the value of protecting the environment while honouring traditions. The happiness and pride on their faces reflected their deep connection with the festival.

At Ruh Continuum School, every celebration is an opportunity to blend tradition, creativity, and learning. This Ganesh Chaturthi became a memorable experience for our Ruh’lers, filled with devotion, sustainability, and the joy of discovering how culture and responsibility can go hand in hand.

Good health begins in the early years, and nutrition plays a key role in shaping lifelong habits. At our K12 campus, we hosted a special session led by one of our parents to share practical ways of making mealtimes joyful and nourishing.

The session encouraged learners and families to embrace healthier choices, showing how simple changes can fuel growth, strengthen immunity, and spark curiosity. At Ruh Continuum, we continue to weave health and nutrition into everyday life, helping learners grow strong, happy, and ready to thrive.
