📢 Annual General Meeting – PSG Public Schools

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) was conducted on 11.04.2026 at the PSG Public Schools Auditorium. The meeting brought together members of the management, staff, and stakeholders to review the progress and achievements of the institution.

🔥 Fire Protection & First Aid Awareness – Senior Wing

An informative Fire Protection and First Aid Awareness Program was conducted for the Senior Wing students of PSG Public Schools on 09.04.2026. The session aimed to equip students with essential knowledge and practical skills to respond effectively during emergencies.

The program focused on fire safety measures, types of fire hazards, and the importance of staying calm during critical situations. Students were educated on preventive steps to avoid fire accidents and the correct methods of using fire safety equipment. The demonstration helped them understand how timely action can minimize risk and ensure safety.

The First Aid segment introduced students to basic life-saving techniques, including handling minor injuries, burns, and emergency response procedures. The session emphasized the importance of quick thinking, presence of mind, and helping others during emergencies.

🎤 Finding Their Voice – Public Speaking Workshop for Grades 4 & 5

Confidence took center stage as our students of Grades 4 and 5 participated in an exciting Public Speaking Program held on 7th and 8th April 2026. The dynamic session was conducted by Ms. Sheetal Gandhi, facilitator and trainer, who inspired students to express themselves with clarity, creativity, and confidence.

The workshop opened with lively ice-breaking activities that filled the room with laughter and energy, instantly making students feel comfortable. With the motivating theme “Shun Your Glossophobia,” students were encouraged to step beyond their stage fear and discover the joy of speaking in front of an audience.

The session was packed with interactive and fun-filled activities designed to sharpen communication skills, improve voice modulation, and enhance creativity. The highlight of the program was the Product Advertisement Activity, where students transformed into young marketers, confidently presenting and promoting their imaginative products. Their enthusiasm, expressions, and innovative ideas truly stole the show.

Each student was given a chance to speak, helping them build courage, overcome hesitation, and shine with confidence. The workshop not only nurtured their speaking abilities but also encouraged teamwork, creativity, and self-expression.

An enchanting and joy-filled Slumber Night was organized for our Grade 5 students, offering them a wonderful opportunity to bond, celebrate friendship, and create memories that will be treasured for years to come.

The evening commenced with a warm and cheerful welcome, where students were greeted with refreshing drinks and bright smiles. Soon after, the campus came alive with excitement as children enthusiastically participated in a variety of fun games and engaging activities that kept their spirits high and energy flowing.

🔥 The highlight of the night was the lively campfire, where laughter echoed and friendships grew stronger. Sitting together under the night sky, students shared joyful moments, making it a truly magical experience.

🍽️ A delicious dinner added to the delight of the evening, followed by a relaxing session where students enjoyed an entertaining animation movie. The day gently came to a close as they settled down for a peaceful and cozy sleep, surrounded by their friends.

🌅 The next morning began on a refreshing note with an early walk, filling the atmosphere with positivity and cheer. Soon after, parents arrived to pick up their happy and content children, bringing the memorable night to a beautiful conclusion.

The farewell celebration for our Grade 5 students was held on 16.03.2026 at our school, marking a beautiful and emotional milestone in their academic journey.

The event was filled with joy, excitement, and cherished moments. In her inspiring address, our Headmistress, Mrs. B. Velumani, emphasized the significance of this special transition in the students’ lives.

The programme came alive with energetic dance and melodious singing performances by the Grade 5 students, adding great charm to the occasion. Heartfelt messages shared by teachers and senior students made the event even more meaningful and memorable.
