We created the GP Kit from a place of frustration.

A frustration that many doctors know well. The gap between what is taught in medschool and what we face every day in real clinical practice.

GP Notes was never meant to become a large project. It started as something we built for ourselves and a few fellow doctors. We wanted quick answers to the questions that came up repeatedly in practice. Which is the right drug? What is the correct dose? When should I treat? When should I refer?

These were the same doubts we faced while trying to provide the best possible care for our patients.

What began as a personal solution has now grown far beyond us. Today, more than 18,000 doctors have used our resources. Every day, we receive messages from practitioners, especially from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, sharing how the GP Kit helped them make better clinical decisions, gain confidence, and improve patient outcomes.

The most humbling part of this journey has been seeing something we created for our own practice become a trusted reference for thousands of General Practitioners across the country.
