The Directorate of Research at The Apollo University successfully concluded a two- day hands-on workshop, "Research to Publication: A Hands-on Case Study Workshop," held on August 21-22, 2026.

Inaugurated by Honourable Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Nitin Nagarkar, the workshop reinforced our commitment to fostering academic excellence and impactful scholarship.

Participants gained invaluable, real-world insights from Ms. Pooja Singh, Scientist at the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), who led practical case studies and discussions on navigating the journey from research conceptualization to scholarly publication.

At The Apollo University, 74 digital posters brought student ideas to life at the Startup Idea – Digital Poster Presentation Competition 2026, with solutions inspired by healthcare, AI, digital technologies and sustainability.

For students, it was an opportunity to present original ideas, learn from expert feedback, and understand how innovation takes shape beyond the classroom. Academic partnerships create their greatest value when they lead to meaningful exchange.

The Apollo University has renewed its Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Hyderabad, extending a long-standing collaboration focused on advancing research, strengthening academic engagement, and creating new opportunities for institutional exchange.

The renewed MoU provides a broader framework for joint research, curriculum development, faculty interactions, and academic exchange across Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Public Health, Psychology, Optometry, and Management. It also encourages greater collaboration between students, researchers, and faculty from both institutions.

By bringing together complementary strengths, the partnership will support interdisciplinary learning and research that respond to emerging challenges in healthcare and management.
