First prize for cleanliness is a unique honor bestowed by the honorable mayor pcmc and Hon commissioner pcmc
It was done through a process where the sanitary inspectors visited all hospitals societies and other areas for evaluation. The hospital staff or administration never knew about this survey and they inspected toilets segregation of waste including biomedical and food waste etc and then ranked establishment without any hospital personnel knowing about it
No preparation no warning JUST RANDOM SURPRISE ASSESSMENT..
This is how a test should be..it talks a lot about hospital cleanliness routines and cleanliness being a habit rather than just a makeover for planned inspections to obtain managed rankings
