CHUNCHANA 2K14, an Intercollegiate Extravaganza was a grand success.

CHUNCHANA 2K14 , 2nd day of the fest had a good response with a lot of feets into the campus. Second day had a lot of attractive events lined up like Hindi Antakshari, Mime, Drama, Short Movie and Stress Interview. Also powered by few couple of amazing filler events. In the evening Trio Dance and Fusion Dance was beautifully portrait on the stage carrying socialized themes.

The wait is over !! Chunchana 2K14 is all set to kick start

Chunchana 2k14 is all set to kick start in next few hours sneaking its way quickly and the excitement has already started reaching its extraordinary level! This year's fest has brought in a theme of "recycle and reuse", a noble initiative.

This year there are 23 events lined up which are going to be conducted on the two days of the gala event. As every year, the highlight of the event will be focused on choreography, on spot choreography, fusion dance, trio dance, mad ads, movie making, stress interview with more events lined up within.

The dedication, hard work, thoughts, ideas of innovation and talents will be portrayed on the stage by the students of this reputed institution located in the coffee land Chikmagalur, Karnataka a place enriched in its culture, awe-inspiring and eye soothing scenic beauty.

About the College:

Adichunchanagiri Institute of Technology was started during the year 1980 under the auspicious of Adhichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust(R) with the blessings of Jagadguru Padmabhushana Sri Sri Sri Dr. Balagangadharanatha Maha Swamiji to provide technical and other professional education in the rural area of Chikmagalur, the land of coffee.

AIT is located in lush green, picturesque salubrious hillock of Chikmagalur town, which is famous for Coffee and Tea plantations. The pleasant climate and pleasure giving natural sights and lakes have claimed the figurative title for the city as the Kashmir of Karnataka.

About 'CHUNCHANA' :
An opportunity has been provided to the students to exhibit cultural talents. CHUNCHANA, an Intercollegiate extravaganza is conducted every year by the Institute, in which students from various technical colleges of the state participate along with AIT students.
