As part of our Wednesday activity, students enthusiastically participated in simple fitness exercises during the morning assembly. These activities promote physical well-being, improve concentration, and encourage healthy habits from an early age, contributing to the holistic development of every child.

Sri Sri Madhavdeva (1489–1596) was a revered saint, poet, playwright, scholar, and one of the foremost disciples of Srimanta Sankardev. He played a pivotal role in spreading the Neo-Vaishnavite movement across Assam and dedicated his life to promoting devotion, equality, and spiritual enlightenment.

Madhavdeva is best known for his literary masterpiece Nam Ghoxa, a collection of devotional verses that continues to guide devotees even today. Through his writings, music, and dramatic works, he enriched Assamese culture and strengthened the foundations of the Satra tradition.

Sri Sri Madhavdeva was a shining beacon of devotion, wisdom, and humanity. His teachings of love, faith, and equality continue to inspire generations. On his Janmotsav, we pay our heartfelt respects to this great saint whose contributions have left an everlasting mark on Assam’s spiritual and cultural heritage.🙏🙏
