SUPER25 – ஒரு கனவின் முதல் அடி...
ஐந்து ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு ஒரு கனவிற்கு நாங்கள் ஒரு பெயர் வைத்தோம்.
SUPER25.
திறமை என்பது நகரங்களில் மட்டுமல்ல; கிராமங்களிலும், பழங்குடியின மாணவர்களிடமும் நிறைந்திருக்கிறது. அவர்களுக்கு சரியான வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்தால் அவர்களும் பெரிய உயரங்களை அடைய முடியும் என்ற நம்பிக்கையில்தான் இந்த முயற்சி தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
20-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட அரசு பள்ளிகளை அணுகினோம். ஆனால் கொரோனா காரணமாக இந்தத் திட்டம் பாதியிலேயே நின்றுவிட்டது. கனவு மட்டும் நின்றுவிடவில்லை.
இந்த ஆண்டு மீண்டும் புதிய உற்சாகத்துடன் பயணத்தைத் தொடங்கினோம்.
கடந்த சில மாதங்களில், சபர்மதி குருகுலம் முதல் ஜவ்வாது மலை வரை 100 கி.மீ-க்கும் மேல் தூரம், மூன்று முறை பயணம் செய்து மாணவர்கள், பெற்றோர்கள், ஆசிரியர்களைச் சந்தித்தோம். ஒரு மாணவனின் வாழ்க்கை மாறினாலும் இந்த முயற்சி வெற்றி என்ற நம்பிக்கையோடு தொடர்ந்து செயல்பட்டோம்.
இன்று அந்தக் கனவு தனது முதல் அடியை எடுத்துள்ளது.
SUPER25 – முதல் பேட்ச் 8 மாணவர்களுடன் தொடங்கியுள்ளது.
அதில் 7 பேர் ஜவ்வாது மலைப் பகுதியைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள்.
"வெறும் 8 பேர்தானா?" என்று சிலர் கேட்கலாம்.
எங்களுக்கு அவர்கள் வெறும் 8 மாணவர்கள் அல்ல.
8 குடும்பங்களின் நம்பிக்கை...
8 கனவுகள்...
நாளை நூற்றுக்கணக்கான மாணவர்களுக்கு வழிகாட்டப் போகும் 8 வாழ்க்கைகள்...
உண்மையான சவால் இப்போதுதான் ஆரம்பமாகிறது.
ஜூலை 5 முதல் இந்த மாணவர்கள் அனைவரும் *சபர்மதி குருகுலத்தில்* தங்கி வருகின்றனர்.
அடுத்த மூன்று ஆண்டுகளுக்கு, அவர்களின் 3 வருட கல்லூரிப் படிப்புடன் சேர்த்து, வாரத்திற்கு 10 மணி நேரம் தொடர்ந்து பயிற்சி பெறுவார்கள். மொத்தமாக 1,500+ மணி நேரம் வகுப்புகள், தேர்வுகள், திறன் மேம்பாட்டு பயிற்சிகள், ஆளுமை வளர்ச்சி, தொழில் வழிகாட்டுதல் மற்றும் தொடர்ச்சியான வழிகாட்டுதல் (Mentorship) அவர்களுக்குக் கிடைக்கும்.
நாம் அவர்களை போட்டித் தேர்வுகளுக்காக மட்டும் தயார்படுத்தவில்லை.
"நீ எங்கு பிறந்தாய் என்பது உன் எதிர்காலத்தை தீர்மானிக்கக் கூடாது" என்ற நம்பிக்கையோடு வாழ கற்றுக்கொடுக்கிறோம்.
இது ஒரு பயிற்சி திட்டம் மட்டுமல்ல.
கிராமப்புற மற்றும் பழங்குடியின திறமைகளில் செய்யப்படும் நீண்டகால முதலீடு.
இன்று அவர்கள் 8 பேர் மட்டுமே.
நாளை இவர்களில் ஒருவரின் வெற்றி, நூற்றுக்கணக்கான மாணவர்களுக்கு கனவு காணும் தைரியத்தை அளிக்கும் என்று நம்புகிறோம்.
பயணம் இப்போதுதான் தொடங்கியுள்ளது. உங்கள் வாழ்த்துகளும், பிரார்த்தனைகளும் இந்த குழந்தைகளுக்கு கிடைக்கட்டும். ❤️
SUPER25 – The Journey Begins...
Five years ago, we gave a name to a dream.
SUPER25.
Inspired by the belief that talent is not limited to cities, we wanted to create opportunities for deserving students from rural and tribal communities, just like Super 30 inspired millions.
We approached more than 20 Government Schools, but COVID-19 brought the project to a halt. The dream, however, never died.
This year, we restarted the mission.
Over the past few months, our team travelled three times from Sabarmathi Gurukulam to the Jawadhu Hills, covering more than 100 km on each trip. We met students, teachers, and parents, believing that even one transformed life would make every effort worthwhile.
Today, that dream has taken its first step.
SUPER25 – Batch 1 has started with 8 students.
Seven of them are from the Jawadhu Hills.
Some may ask, "Only eight students?"
We don't see eight students.
We see 8 families placing their trust in us, 8 dreams waiting for an opportunity, and 8 lives that can inspire hundreds more.
The real challenge begins now.
From 5th July, these students have been staying at Sabarmathi Gurukulam. Over the next three years, alongside their degree at a nearby Arts & Science College, they will receive 10 hours of coaching every week—adding up to 1,500+ hours of classes, tests, aptitude training, personality development, career guidance, and mentorship.
We are not just preparing them for competitive exams.
We are preparing them to believe that where they come from should never decide where they can go.
This is not just a coaching programme.
This is a long-term investment in rural tribal talent.
Today, there are only eight.
We hope one day these eight will inspire hundreds more to dream beyond their circumstances.
The journey has just begun. ❤️
