Meet an alumnus of McCarthy Lab.

While most use college to figure things out, Krish used it to jumpstart his career. Working, building, and quietly earning his own way since he was 18, he proved early on that you don’t need a degree in hand to start making a real-world impact.

Four years of relentless compounding took him from early tech curiosity to shipping production-grade AI for global financial giants. Before sealing his role as an AI Engineering Analyst at Goldman Sachs, Krish stacked an undeniable resume of enterprise-scale work:

- Goldman Sachs: Deploying generative AI solutions for Private Wealth to optimize portfolio analytics and client engagement.

- BNY: Built and shipped production AI features for platforms handling trillions of dollars in daily securities transactions.

- R&D: Stacked deep technical and research experience across early stints at NASA, Intel, and Tune AI.

Krish is living proof for the Next Tech Lab community of what happens when you build in silence and let the results speak for themselves.

Meet , an alumnus of McCarthy Lab. He started college with the dream of becoming an ML engineer... but the universe had other plans for him. One random hackathon later, he stumbled into Web3 and has not stopped impressing us with his achievements and accolades in the space of Web3.

Before the multiple hackathon wins (and job offers) he accumulated, Karan Pargal joined Next Tech Lab at the start of his bachelor’s. He is a big inspiration for all of us here at Next Tech Lab.

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Dhruv Upadhyay, a beloved Syndicate and Mentor at Next Tech Lab. Dhruv was a guiding light to many, always inspiring those around him with his wisdom, kindness, and unwavering support. He touched countless lives, and his legacy as a mentor and inspiration will forever remain in our hearts. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
Rest in peace, Dhruv. You will be missed, but never forgotten.

Meet , syndicate of McCarthy Lab and a researcher on Neural Radiance Fields and Gaussian Splatting. He is currently working as a research intern at IISc Bangalore on few-shot Gaussian Splatting, and has worked with exceptional researchers from Carnegie Mellon and Stanford throughout his collegiate journey.

Before gaining the research expertise he has now, Aman Agarwal joined Next Tech Lab at the start of his bachelor’s in the hopes of pursuing higher studies at an Ivy League.

Completing his bachelor’s and his tenure at Next Tech Lab, he landed a well-deserved spot at Brown University’s Master’s program, fulfilling his dreams of getting into an Ivy League university.
