Ph.D. Programme Steps To Follow

Step 1
Appear for University Research Entrance Test (URET) or Submit your Entrance Test Score of UGC-NET (including JRF) CSIR/ ICMR/ GATE, cleared within the last 2 years.

Step 2
Online Presentation & Discussion on your research interest followed by Personal Interview with the panel

Step 3
Entrance Exam Result will be notified on University Website

Step 4
Qualified candidates will be intimated through mail to offer the admission

Step 5
Confirmation of the Candidate Registration after depositing Enrolment fee and required Academic documents (Now called the Research Scholar)

Step 6
Notification by the University about the commencement of scheduled Course Work classes after depositing the course work fee and semester tuition fee

Step 7
Course Work exams and declaration of result notified by University

Step 8
Allotment of Supervisor on the recommendation of Research Board

Step 9
Research Scholar to submit the his/her research plan (synopsis) to Research cell after the recommendation
by University Research Committee (URC)

Step 10
Monitoring of Research Scholar progress report by URC in every semester

Step 11
Publication/Conferences/Seminars participation must be done as per UGC guidelines

Step 12
Pre-Submission of Thesis after the 30 months of Ph.D. registration

Step 13
Final submission of Thesis to research cell after the recommendation of URC

Step 14
Ph.D. Viva Voce examination after successful approval by three examiners

Step 15
Award of Ph.D. Degree on successful performance in Ph.D. Viva Voce
