It helps to improve your contraction and memory power. It relaxes your mind, reducing stress and boredom, and you start feeling free and fresh. As a result you become more competent at whatever you are doing AND enjoy doing it!
It helps to redress various bodily ailments. It has been shown to cure many ailments and ward off /prevent many others.
You can maintain the suppleness of your body and remain lithe and smart right beyond your middle age. It corrects your

Mrs. Malathi Manimaran is a multi-facteted personality, a name and face familiar to all residents of Neela Nagar (where she lives) and to most residents of neighbouring localities. To the people who know her,she is synonymous with social activism and love of Nature. Her sincerity and enthusiasm are infectious and many people have felt themselves change into more socially aware citizens by her influence.
An engineering graduate, she moved to Chennai after marriage and joined her husband in a most unlikely profession for a woman: the profession of a Detective! After some time, she started the 'Malathi Women Detective Agency". Needless to say, the job required a lot of pluck and presence of mind and Malathi's success in her venture burst the myth that this was a male bastion. As it turned out, she was the FIRST woman detective of south India. Her experiences as a detective make interesting reading and she has shared them with others on many TV channels. The English and Tamil written media also have carried a number of write-ups on her achievements.
She is passionate about improving her community and this passion saw her becoming a core member of EXNORA right from its infancy and has co-ordinated with government and civic agencies to address public environmental and sanitation issues.
She got attracted to terrace-gardening and Organic Farming. She loves to enlighten people about the viability and wisdom of terrace gardening and often appears in TV programmes to get across her ideas and experiences in both terrace gardening and Organic Farming. She volunteers at 're-Store',
an organic shop in Kottivakkam.
She conducts one-day workshops in terrace gardening and bee-keeping and gives hands-on training to enthusiasts.Apart from all this, she makes a dedicated effort to revive traditional eating and traditional foods.
Her camps on traditional foods have been invaluable in creating awareness about long-forgotten foods with great medicinal and nutritional value.
Her regular Yoga and Spoken English classes have benefitted many children and adults in the neighborhood and now she runs a Coaching Centre for school children in the evenings.
Always looking to improve her community and society, she plans to offer free coaching to ten deserving students of government/corporation schools and bring them on par with the more fortunate children.
Parents are requested to avail the Coaching Centre facility. They can be sure the children will not only learn the subjects, they will be inculcated with a strong sense of civic and social values.
All of us have observed that not all children are born with the same capabilities.
Some are born prodigies, some are exceptionally intelligent but a great many
are able to muster only 50 to 75% of their potential. This last category is not only
the most misunderstood,it is also the section which needs the greatest attention.
About 80% of all children -or even more - fall in this category. Given the right kind of help and support, these children may be made achievers and rank-holders.
With this in mind, AMM study has launched a study centre to address the needs of these children. Each child is unique and needs to be handled with love, understanding and dedication to bring out his/her full potential and equip him with the tools to shine in very competitive world. This is what AMM Study Centre is setting out to do.
As we at AMM implement a well-thought out plan to achieve these goals, we also
Solicit suggestions and ideas from our well-wishers, to help us do our work even better.
We kick-start our project with a drawing competition for children.
