Bujapidasana/Shoulder-pressing pose is a challenging yoga asana that requires balance, flexibility and strength in the arms, shoulders and wrists to balance on the palms with the legs wrapped around the shoulders or upper arms. As well as a range of physical benefits, it is believed to relieve mental and emotional stress.
The name comes from the Sanskrit bhuja, meaning "arm" or "shoulder," pida, meaning "pressure," and asana meaning "posture." It is so-called because the inner thighs press against the upper arms or shoulders for stability.

Urdhuva Dhanurasana (Upward-Facing Bow Pose) is the first pose of the finishing sequence in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. To warm up your spine, you can try a simple progression of backbends like Bhujangasana (Cobra), Dhanurasana (Bow pose on your belly), Bridge pose. Shoulder openers like Gomukhasana and Garudasana help prepare the upper body for this backbend. The deep stretching in Chakrasana helps to tone and strengthen muscles in the back and calves, and is also said to relieve tension and stress in people who sit for long times in front of a desk or computer.

There is a fine balance between honouring the past and losing yourself in it. For example, you can acknowledge and learn from mistakes you made, and then move on and refocus on the now. That's called forgiving yourself. - Eckhart Tolle
