Ms. Shruti Mohan , Clinical Psychologist at Element H Psychological Support Services, was invited as the keynote speaker at the National Seminar on “Addiction among Gen Z” organized by Patrician College of Arts and Science
Her session explored exercise and shopping addiction—two behavioral concerns that are often overlooked yet deeply relevant to the challenges faced by today’s youth. By opening up conversations on these areas, she brought attention to the importance of understanding addiction in its many forms and the need for supportive, compassionate responses.
