Your physical force travels and pushes BRAKE FLUID through the BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER. This multiplies your input using hydraulics.

High-pressure fluid is sent to the BRAKE CALIPER at each wheel, like a strong hand that squeezes.

Inside the caliper, the fluid forces the PISTON ASSEMBLY forward.

The piston assembly squeezes the BRAKE PADS against the rotating BRAKE DISC.

The intense friction created between the pads and the disc transforms kinetic energy into heat, but also slows down the TIRE, bringing your entire vehicle to a precise and safe stop.

The entire system is held together securely by the MOUNTING BRACKET, and all those small components like SEALS (such as piston seals, dust seals, and brake seal kits) are crucial to keep the critical fluid contained and the system working cleanly and effectively. It’s a beautifully complex orchestration of parts, each playing a vital role in your safety on the road.
