About the role
As a Food Services Assistant, your focus will be to deliver catering needs that meet nutritional and hydration needs, special requirements, and preferences of our residents.
Working as part of a friendly and close-knit team, your focus will be:
Perform basic food preparation tasks and cooking basic meals.
Prepare, present and serve/deliver food and refreshments, ensuring awareness of special needs for modified diets
Plate and present food in an appealing manner and to a high-quality visual standard according to individual requirements
Rotation of dated foods for disposal, manage correct systems for coding food and maintain Menu Boards
Follow maintenance schedules, use of equipment; and reporting any faults with equipment to maintenance through appropriate documentation
Skills & experience
Food Safety Certificate Level I (HLTFSE001) or progression towards the completion of a Food Safety Certificate
Previous experience working in a food services environment and/or at an aged care facility
Patience; common sense and a strong ethos of client service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work within a team and to work with minimum supervision

Job Overview
What you will be doing:

Data management and lead generation skills.

Job Overview
POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Responsible for designing restaurants and developing the overall look, design, and feel of the establishment.
To produce the plans for the building and working with construction crews to build the restaurant.
Preparing a plan for the construction of a restaurant.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification of bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch.).
- 3- 5 years of experience in Retail and F&B projects.
- GCC experience is a must.
- Expertise AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Lumion, V. Ray / Enscape , Photoshop & Excel.
