SWITCHBOX
This is going to be the most spine tingling and different round anyone has ever witnessed. In third round you have to form a political party. You will be given an agenda on which you have to put forward your views and policies that you will introduce if you party comes into power. You have to convince the members of board and opposition party as to why your policies are better and more solution oriented than the other political parties. You have to think of out of the box solutions because they say-
“Creativity is intelligence having fun.”

In second round your team will be given a set of statements and you have to tell whether the statement is true or false. That’s it! Well there is a catch which we won’t reveal now because they say-“what’s life without a little suspense.”

“In trading it’s not about how much you make but how much you don’t lose”-Bernard Baruch. In first round we will be testing your persuasion and trading skills. All you have to do is to go out there and trade and trade well! You will be given a list of items, from that list you will have one item. All you need to do is to get maximum no. of items from other teams by trading and convincing them on why they should give there items to you. In the end the teams with maximum no. of items will qualify for 2nd round.
