Delivery:
• Should have 8 -12 years of experience in Development/Management/Delivery of software products/projects
• Responsible for the overall systems development life cycle
• Management and ex*****on against project plans and delivery commitments
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the delivery team within an Agile/Scrum environment
• Report on status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to management
• Strong results orientation, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A deep understanding of software development in a team, and a track record of shipping software on time
Development:
• Good knowledge on Product Development using Delphi, Interbase and SQL Server 2008

• Sound experience on developing Client Server applications and libraries
• Expertise on PL\SQL, RDBMS concepts and development using relational databases
