Being that I have been working with Children over the years I get them. I get into Coaching the Parent first and then we as a team work with their Children

How Brainobrain Works? It is said that the human brain undergoes 85% of its development, during the age of 5 – 14 years. The Chinese counting tool “Abacus” gets three senses involved while kids use it – Seeing, Hearing & Doing – all simultaneously. After 3 Months, when the kids are comfortable calculating numbers using Abacus, the abacus is taken away from them and they are taught to imagine this

Sometimes the smallest choices ripple farther than we imagine. Step lightly, notice the moments, and let new possibilities find you. Happy New Year!

1. They call it the «iPad Kid Syndrome» in the office. Raised on rapid dopamine loops, new hires cannot tolerate boredom. But 80% of real work is dull, monotonous routine without likes or applause. Gen Z interprets the absence of immediate praise as toxicity and burns out where Millennials just get the work done.

2. A deficit of «Feedback Tolerance.» Constructive criticism is increasingly perceived as a personal attack or microaggression. Companies are tired of walking on eggshells around fragile egos. If a manager spends more time curating soft words than managing the project, they simply remove the source of the friction.

3. The outsourcing of thought to AI. Employers have noticed a terrifying trend: junior staff submit perfectly written ChatGPT reports but cannot explain the substance in a meeting. They have become «Proxy Workers»—shells without critical thinking. If a bot does the work, why pay a human salary?

4. Transactional Loyalty. The culture of «Ghosting» has migrated from Tinder to Zoom. New hires fail to show up on day one or quit via a text message. But the market is cyclical: companies are now placing «black marks» on those who treat an employment contract as a vague suggestion.

5. The winners are the «Analog Zoomers.» In 2025, the most expensive skill is the ability to pick up the phone and resolve a conflict without a meltdown. If you can make eye contact, handle harsh feedback, and not hide behind a screen, you automatically enter the top 1% elite that recruiters will fight for.

The market no longer forgives infantilism. Either you grow up, or you get replaced by a neural network (which, by the way, never complains about burnout).

Have you noticed it is getting harder for recent grads to land their first role? 26/12/2025

Recently I received a Diary at a conference and two days later I am inspired to share my Vision for the Year 2026.

I do not like the idea of , maybe because all of them seem so tiresome, competitive and unachievable. So, it is as it can morph into various forms at any time since I like the idea of being

Brainobrain Thoraipakkam decided one day to appreciate the children and motivate them all to perform for a pin (as shown here in the picture).
This was over 2 years ago
This child has valued this pin that she wore it to every class she has attended afterwards.
