Children of Kinder Garten celebrated Vinayagar Chathurthi on 24.08.2017 in our school to inculcate the reglious fervour among them. The Pre KG Children wore masks of Lord Ganesha and distributed Prasadams.
The Cubs and Bulbuls unit made idols of Lord Ganesha using clay.

CELEBRATION FOR KRSIHNA JAYANTI 10.08.2017 (THURSDAY)
Pre -primary celebrated the Krishna Jayanti festival in our school auditorium. Children were dressed like Radha and Krishna. They were looking cute and colourful.

VISHNU SAHASRANAMAM - 09.08.2017 (Wednesday)
Mass chanting was held in our school premises organised by Vishnu Sahasaranama Mandali on 09.08.2017 Wednesday at 9:00 am. Students recited Sahasaranamam.

TEACHERS ORIENTATION 05.08.2017 SATURDAY
The Department of Maths had an orientation programme on 05.05.2017. Dr.G.S.Ganesan M.Sc., M.Phil, B.Ed taught the teachers about the various methodologies in teaching.

TEACHERS ORIENTATION 12.08.2017 SATURDAY
Orientation programme was conducted for the English teachers and Primary teachers. Dr.Laser Selva , Resource person from Loyola college addressed the gathering on the techniques of teaching the language.

KAMARAJAR DAY CELEBRATION 15.07.2017 (SATURDAY)
We celebrated our former Chief Minister Kamarajar’s birthday on 15.07.2017. Samaran of Std X gave a speech on the contributions of Kamarajar to modernize India.

NSS INAGURATION - 09.08.2017 (WEDNESDAY)
The NSS unit of our school was inaugurated by Mr.Appadurai D.L.O on 09.08.2017 in our school auditorium. Teachers of our school addressed the students and spoke about activities of the NSS unit.

INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION 15.08.2017 (TUESDAY)
71st Independence Day was celebrated in our school. Our Principal unfurled the National Flag. Students from Std IX enacted a skit in Tamil depicting the Patriotism of Tirupur Kumaran who sacrificed his life for saving the flag. Gayathri Aravind of Std XI delivered a speech in English and Students from Std VI – VIII sang a patriotic song in Hindi. Prizes were distributed to the star performers and out standing students for their achievement for the academic year 2016 – 2017. Children who attended the school on all working days were awarded. The programme ended with the National Anthem.
