On Saturday, 20 September 2014, amidst the clicking of shutters, Wigan & Leigh Chennai's (WLCI) batch of post-graduates celebrated the highest point in their academic journey. On that very special day, WLCI hosted a convocation ceremony for their post-graduates, batch of 2012-2014. Most importantly, that morning event highlighted the pioneering batch of post-graduates with scrolls of Master’s degree in Professional Diploma in Business Management (PDBM) specializing in Human Resource, Finance and Marketing in their hands.
The Day started off with the welcome invites by our junior students and welcoming all them to the class where the event was organized.
Our beloved Campus Director Mrs.Binika Ramesh was also welcomed accompanied by Mr.Kingston and Mr.Pugalarasan. And the event was headed by the welcome speech and followed by the ‘Memory Game’ which was fun for the graduates who enjoyed playing it. Mr.Amrish Vora was the Special Guest for the event which was indeed a surprise guest for the graduates. He congratulated the graduates and handed over the trophies and certificates to the students who were the best and deserving candidate among the other fellow students.
Then followed with the cake cutting by the graduates and to warm up, another mind game was played called ‘Dumsharas of Proverbs’. The game went well and a snack break was given to the graduates, after which the Degree was later handed over to the respective students who came one by one and received from our Campus Director Mrs.Binika Ramesh. At the end the announcement of the Game winners was made, where Mr.Harish bagged the prize for the ‘Memory Game’ and Mr. Rakesh for the ‘Dumsharas Game’.
All the graduates individually got a chance to speak about their experience in these 2 years of college life. The event was ended up by the Thank you speech and congratulating all the graduates with their good career life ahead.
The celebrations of these post-graduates' achievements could not have been possible without the support from their professors at WLCI and the effort & love from our Campus Director Mrs.Binika Ramesh. Thanks to all the graduates and my fellow students for making this day a memorable one and also thanks to our Beloved Campus Director Mrs.Binika Ramesh for giving us this opportunity to make this event a grand success.

Graphic Designing 2014 Batch WLCI

WLCI College has come to my knowledge through my sister studying in WLCI New Delhi & the best college other than any college in India because the faculty is way too good. The course content and objective of WLCI is inspirational for all the students. I have applied in NIFT to join the same course and the college is gigantic but I was surprised and tarnished to see the faculty and academic that they are just working for the sake of the brand name NIFT, So, I have cancelled my application for NIFT and decided to choose WLCI. I would recommend to all of you to be a part of WLCI.
