all skill levels, no pervious experience is required.Our class is meant to be fun and build self-confidence. Each batch is meant for 1 hour happened weekend three days. Every class begins with a warm-up exercise to develop strength, flexibility, correct alignment, coordination and body isolation. Facilities that we assure :
