See the difference between the hand of a preschooler (left) and the hand of a seven year old (right). Parents regularly ask why their their preschool age child is unable to write. This is why! Their hands are still unfolding and not fully formed.

So what should we do to support them? PLAY! Plasticine, painting, cutting, pasting, digging in the earth, sensory games, costumes, science experiments, string, throwing balls, puzzles, etc.

All these things help their hands develop. When they are physically ready to write, they will! No need to rush them, they will show you when they are ready.

*hands will continue to develop past age 7, this is just a comparison of a point in time*

1. TV viewing time will be restricted to every Friday for one hour for the kids effective this Feb 2020.
2. Exams are fast approaching, request you to share the schedule with us to plan study time accordingly for the kids.
3. My availability to hear to your feedback, suggestions and grievances will be between 10.00 AM - 2.00 PM and 5.00 PM - 8.30 PM on weekdays (Mon- Frid) in person.
