NITTTR Chennai conducted a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Awareness Programme under the guidance and support of Prof. Usha Natesan, Director, NITTTR Chennai.

Dr. P. Malliga, ICC Chairperson, delivered the Welcome Address, setting the context and highlighting the importance of awareness, responsibility and a safe, respectful environment.

The programme featured an interactive and engaging session by Dr. Swathi Praveen, PENN, who sensitised participants on key aspects of POSH, prevention, awareness and the role of individuals in fostering a safe and inclusive environment.

The programme was attended by faculty and staff members, research scholars and students through both contact and online modes, enabling wider participation across the Institute community.
