Hurray !
Kodate parenting won the grand challenge by and STEP Startups
Amongst 100s of mental wellness app - why kodate ?
Let me take you 3 years back when we started this journey to make parenting more relevant and meaningful.
The pre pandemic time had 1 in 6 children under the age of 10 suffering from mental health issues. Which worsened to 1 in 5 post pandemic.
We were astonished to see that with a little bit of right guidance to parents - we were able to bring back 24% of at risk children to well managed category. š¢
So- why are more people not doing that ?
Simple - lack of awareness, š¤·āāļø caught between old and new methods of parenting š¤and lastly - lack of time. ā³
With kodate parenting app - we ensured those issues donāt happen and showed positive change in parents.

āTick-Tock, Block Your Clock: A Teacherās New Best Friendā
Hey Fab Educators! š
Ever feel like grading papers is a black hole that sucks away your weekend? Or planning lessons morphs from a quick task to a day-long saga? Enter Time-Boxing, your new superhero against the time-vortex!
Time-Boxing is a nifty trick where you allocate fixed time slots to tasks, say, grading or lesson planning. Hereās how you do it:
1. Identify Tasks: List down the tasks you need to tackle. (We know the list is long, but hey, every superhero needs a mission!)
2. Allocate Time: Assign a specific time slot to each task, like 1 hour for grading, 30 minutes for lesson planning, etc.
3. Set a Timer: Just like a cooking show, set the timer, and when it rings, itās hands off the task!
4. Evaluate and Adjust: At the end of your time-box, evaluate what youāve accomplished and adjust your next time slot accordingly.
Benefits? Youāll stay focused, keep procrastination at bay, and bid adieu to the endless hours of work that haunt your evenings. Itās like giving each task a tiny house, instead of letting them sprawl all over your time landscape!
So, sharpen those pencils, set those timers, and reclaim your time. Remember, even superheroes need a breather (and a laugh)! Now, go conquer your day with the magic of Time-Boxing! š°ļøš„
P.S. Share your Time-Boxing triumphs and tribulations here, letās grow together, one tick-tock at a time!
