SSN Institutions invites nominations for the Distinguished Alumnus Award - an honour celebrating SSN alumni who have made exceptional contributions in their professional fields or to society.

📌 Eligibility: Any SSN alumnus/alumnae

📌 Who can nominate: Alumni, faculty and stakeholders (self-nominations allowed)

📌 What you need: A CV showcasing the nominee’s achievements

📌 Deadline: 10 December 2025, 5 PM IST

📢 SIH 2025 Internal Hackathon at SSN

We are pleased to announce that the Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2025 - Internal Hackathon will be conducted at SSN on Wednesday, 24 September 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

A total of 170 SSN teams will participate, presenting innovative solutions to real-world challenges. The projects will be evaluated in two rounds by distinguished industry and academic experts.

About SIH:

The Smart India Hackathon is a flagship nationwide initiative designed to engage students in solving pressing challenges of everyday life. It fosters a culture of innovation, critical thinking, and practical problem-solving, bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world application.

We are delighted to announce that the SSN Alumni Association (SSNAA) is now officially structured as a Section 8 company and will be registered at the earliest marking a significant milestone in our journey of fostering a strong and engaged alumni network. This transformation will enable us to enhance our operations, expand our initiatives, and further strengthen the bond among our SSN community.

With this new organizational setup, the association will now operate under framework comprising the Executive Board and Office Bearers. The term period would be effective from 1st April 2025, and will serve a tenure of three years until 31st March 2028.
