Subramani, and co-author, Ms. Alice Valentina, had the privilege of presenting a research paper titled “Integrating Technology to Enhance Learning Outcomes: The Impact of Metacognitive Awareness in Personalized Learning” at the prestigious AIMS International Conference on Management. The conference was held from January 2 to 5, 2025, at IIM Kozhikode.

Saveetha School of Management inaugurated the Management Invited Lecture Series on 27th December 2024, graced by Dr. S. Suresh Kumar, Vice Chancellor of Saveetha Institute of Medival and Technical Sciences; Dr. R. Durai Pandian, Dean, Saveetha School of Management and Shri. Sunil Paliwal, IAS, Chairperson, Chennai Port Authority & Kamarajar Port Ltd, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Government of India as the Chief Guest. The event commenced with the Kuthu Vilakku lighting ceremony followed by the key note address of Shri. Sunil Paliwal. He addressed on sustainability in ports, emphasizing eco-friendly practices and their role in enhancing global trade while reducing environmental impacts. He shared innovative approaches and examples of green port initiatives. The session inspired students to embrace sustainability as a core management principle.

On December 20, 2024 SIPHAMS 3. 0. was organised by the department of Public Health Dentistry, Saveetha Dental College in collaboration with Saveetha School of Management. Seventeen students from SSM presented their papers and Six received awards.
