We are excited to bring you the August Edition of The Ma Foi Foundation’s Impact Newsletter a reflection of the journeys, milestones, and transformations we’ve created together this month.

In August alone, 718 students were engaged across multiple programs, stepping closer to meaningful careers and brighter futures. None of this would have been possible without the dedication of our trainers, faculty, partners, and the enthusiasm of our students.

Let’s take pride in these achievements and continue our mission of Skilling Youth, Building Futures.

At Loyola ITI, Bangalore, students (50 per batch) are undergoing the EV Maintenance Training Program implemented by The Ma Foi Foundation as a CSR initiative of CIEL HR. This 3-month course, including a month of OJT, is designed to prepare them for placements in the fast-growing EV industry.

In the last week, the students also experienced two enriching learning opportunities. A Fire Safety Awareness session conducted by the Bannerghatta Road Fire Station team equipped them with knowledge on fire prevention, protection of life and property, emergency preparedness, and even a live fire drill. They also visited Maruti Suzuki and Suraksha Career Academy, where they explored EV technology, battery systems, future industry prospects, and gained hands-on learning in practical labs.

These initiatives are not just building skills but shaping confident, safe, and industry ready professionals of tomorrow.
