Awesome to see these girls who are trying to create awareness on such a imp topic. Sincere thanks to suparna mam.
Four students from Vaels International School today came to our office to interact about the Cultural and Social Hindrances on why periods is still seen as a taboo in our society. It is overwhelming to see school students choosing this topic to research upon. And we strongly believe it is students like these who are torchbearers of change we all wish to see.
We thank the management of Vaels International School, Chennai for the trust they had on our Project in which we empower and educate both men and women about periods.
If you want us to take workshop in your school, kindly contact us at 9381851212.
Hoping the best,
AVAL, Dhagam Foundation.

It is concerning to note that school has finally dropped the great initiative of holding extra classes in collaboration with E4U folks (Mr Sanjeev Kumar). This was supposed to be in the weekend and could have helped students for the preparation of the competitive examination like JEE/NEET etc. It was disheartening to see that school first sent the circular for enrolment and we registered for the classes and paid the requisite fee but all of a sudden this initiative was dropped citing lack of students. Earlier, Mr Sanjeev Kumar of E4U had given written confirmation (with a copy to school administration) that irrespective of the number of students, classes will definitely start from 1st week of June 2017. I brought this matter to Dean of the school and he committed to address this issue and even after follow up, we are still awaiting an answer.

I see that number of students in the new academic year has dropped in few grades compared to previous academic year. From our network, it seems some students have moved to APL Global, do we know the reason, why?
