Advantage of our Training cm placement program
• Candidates those who are eligible for this program and selected by Sea and Space Hospitality Management Academy would get professional training visa for 1 year (6 months visa + 6 months visa).
• Once candidates arrive in Malaysia, they would be trained about Malaysian culture for 2 weeks by Sunway Group, Malaysia and then they would be doing practical training for 11 ½ months in Hotel industry. During the first 2 weeks training we would provide Accommodation at free of cost and student has to bare the food cost for 2 weeks.
• Candidate could work for 6 days in a week for 10 to 12 hours (1 hour break)
• Jobs will be in prestigious Hotels or Restaurants (minimum 3 star categories)
• Allowance will be RM 1,000 to RM 1,200. (19,000 to 23,000 rupees) per month
• Candidates might get Tips apart from the salary.
• Over- Time allowance would be paid for any extra hours of work and during Government and public holidays.
• Accommodation will be provided by the Employer at free of cost
• Food will be provided by the employer during duty hours at free of cost. Additional Benefits for Hospitality Training Program:

• Apprentice/Training experience & certificate will be provided by the employer
What about career or placement after 1 year of Hospitality training in Malaysia? Option 1:
After 1 year training candidates those who have satisfied the employer by performing well would be selected by the employer and they would convert the professional training visa to employment visa ( employment visa would be given for 1 year and renewable every year) and the employer would bear the cost for the visa process. Option 2:
After 1 year training candidates those who are not selected by the employer would have an opportunity to convert their visa to employment visa by us where the candidate has to bear the visa processing fee which would be approximately 2500 ringgit. In order to process the employment visa after 1 year candidate has to travel once to their home country after 1 year and could come back immediately with employment visa (or) they should pay 500 ringgit additional fee*. Option 3:
After 1 year training candidates have an opportunity to get placement in Singapore, Thailand or Australia where the candidate has to bear the visa processing fee which would be based on the country they are interested in. Additional Benefits for Cruise Management Trainning:
• Sunway will award a certificate in Hospitality and cultural training.
• During visa process which would take about 5 weeks candidate has to write online cruise exam for which modules and contents would be given by Digital Sea, UK and successful students would get a Diploma in Cruise Management awarded by Digital Sea, UK which is recognized and accredited by UK Travel and tourism and International Accreditation Organization.
• This Diploma in Cruise certificate is recognized by all major cruise companies and would be an added advantage for candidates to get placement in cruise industry.
• Apprentice/Training experience certificate will be provided by the employer
• Could travel to various countries like USA, UK, Australia, Europe etc. What about the career or placement after 1 year Cruise Management Trainning in Malaysia?
• During 1st year training candidates would attend various interviews from cruise companies from Australia, USA, Europe etc and those who are selected should undergo following test
1. Self Assessment Test –
• After successful completion of all the above 3 test candidates would be offered job letter by cruise companies and then candidates has to undergo Medical test in Malaysia and then visa would be processed by the employer.
• The contract would be for 10 months which would be renewed or extended based on the performance of each individual. Category of Jobs in Cruise:
Freshers might get the following position and their salary would be minimum 800 US$ + tips
• Assistant Buffet Steward
• Galley Cleaners
• Kitchen Helper
• Housekeeping etc
Candidates those who have experience as steward would get direct steward position and salary would be between 1500$ and 2500$. Candidates those who already have experience in cruise sector could get the job in same department based on the interview. Regarding Accommodation and Food:
The accommodation provided by the employer would normally be a dormitory type which is common in Hotel Industry and applicant has to be aware of this condition. If applicants are not willing to stay in the accommodation provided by the Hotel then they could look for accommodation by spending on their own. If applicant is willing to stay outside on their own by sharing accommodation with friends or other members then they could spend approximately 150 ringgit per month on a sharing basis. Similarly applicants willing to cook themselves could spend approximately 75 – 100 ringgit per month on a sharing basis. Contact for further Details
