Kalaiyarasi P from Thiruppathur completed her BE in Computer Science in 2005. After marriage, she dedicated her life to family and raising her two children. As years passed, restarting her career began to feel difficult and uncertain.

She wanted to rebuild her career.
But like many women returning after a long break, she struggled to find the right direction and confidence to begin again.

That’s when she came across Selvaguru’s inspiring journey and story.
His words reignited a hope she had almost given up on. 💙

Motivated by that inspiration, she joined AJSD in November 2023 and began her Salesforce journey.

Starting again after nearly 20 years was not easy.
Technology had changed.
Life responsibilities were demanding.
And balancing learning alongside family responsibilities required immense dedication.

Yet, she stayed consistent.

While managing her household responsibilities, she steadily progressed in Salesforce up to LWC, completed her POC project, cleared her mock interview, and even conducted co-learner sessions to help fellow learners grow.

There were challenges behind every achievement.
But with the support of her family and her determination to prove herself, she kept moving forward step by step.

And today, her perseverance has turned into success.
